Q. I am flying - what is the best way to go about this?
A. For U.S.A. and all other countries except Canada, the best thing is to fly to Bufalo, N.Y., U.S.A. instead of Toronto, Canada - it is closer and costs less. In the U.S.A., Jet Blue and Southwest are pretty much the most inexpensive airlines out there - they have amazing "web" specials!
Canadians may want to consdier West Jet into Hamilton, Ontario - pretty much the cheapest airline to use.

Q. What about accomodations and rental cars?
A. Niagara Falls, Canada has a huge plethera of hotels/Motels and Bed & Breakfast accomodations. Prices can range as low as $45.00 a night and there are package deals. There are several rental car agenicies here as well at decent rates. Something like Hotwire.com or expedia.com have great package deals that you can look into which can include a flight. More info on this will be added in time.

Q. How much is registration and what will be included in the price?
A. The registration will cover the costs of renting a conference center or building to accomodate the gathering. It will also include all meals. Due to this concept in early stages, a price is not yet set. Details will be coming and the goal is to keep the price as low as possible. Watch the site for udates.
